Spiritual Coaching

This package includes 3 or more 45-minute sessions, held once a week. 

Single session purchases are available after completing the first three. 

Coaching will include the exploration of different areas of your life that may be affecting your spiritual, emotional, and psychological development.

In addition, you will receive guidance on self-development, reflective tasks to complete between sessions and meditation.
